The Junior and Senior High years are a natural period of transition as adolescence gives way to young adulthood. First Church youth ministries are designed to support and sustain our tweens and teens as they continue to mature in their faith and develop into the unique persons God created them to be.
Jr and Sr High Summer Sunday School
Classes are being combined for the summer. The Youth are studying the parables. All Youth in Junior and Senior High are encouraged to attend. Guest and visitors are always welcome.
Confirmation
Pastors and members of the youth ministries staff lead weekly faith formation classes throughout the spring for youth in Grades 8 and up. At the end of the semester, the students are offered the opportunity to make their own commitment as members of the church to accept the cost and joys of Christian discipleship.
